Girls, middle, and high school Registration

All Middle and High School girls and boys, please complete the form below to register for the 2026-27 wrestling season. 

This registration is for all children in grades 6 - 12.  If in Middle School, please complete the Youth Registration as well.  This is needed for insurance purposes.

Physicals:

Every Middle and High School athlete needs to have an up to date physical on file. These must be uploaded at the link below.
