Girls, middle, and high school Registration

All Middle and High School girls and boys, please complete the form below to register for the 2025-26 wrestling season. 

This registration is for all children in grades 6 - 12.  If in Middle School, please complete the Youth Registration as well.  This is needed for insurance purposes.

Physicals:

Since girls will be eligible to wrestle in both Middle and High School, they must upload a copy of a current physical to both sites listed below.  Boys are respective to the level they are wrestling.
